I've had 3 broody hens and I loved them! But we didn't have one last year or the year before. I hope ya'll have a great day!

Meg, I'm so sorry about your girl. It's hard losing one but don't blame yourself for not checking sooner. Sometimes things just happen.

Nicky, love the Iris photos you've been sharing. I used to have a lot of the dark purple ones at my old house. Seeing yours makes me determined to get some planted here. Thanks for sharing them!

I'm so sorry your girl died that way. It's terrible! :hugs So glad you also found a little happiness in a bad situation. Go broody hen!
