2 weeks ago we hit 10,000 posts and it was said by Sumi I think, that we were averaging like 64 posts a day. I was curious because we seem to be moving pretty quick lately; so I checked. In the 2 weeks that has passed our average has gone up to 121 posts per day. That is awesome.

Hi Ken! It's always fun getting the garden started up in the spring/early summer. Do you grow a lot of stuff?

Hi, that certainly IS a handsome chick! Have you raised those before?

Thanks! No I haven't. First SFH. :)

Good morning all my peeps! I hope that you are all having a lovely day.

Sumi, so happy for you! :hugs

Debby, congratulations on a good garden.

WB, so sorry to hear about your tomatoes. But everything else sounds like it's doing well.

Ken, so glad you'll be able to start getting ready to plant soon.

Peep-Chicken, that's a pretty big chick, compared to the little guy next to him. Are they a large chicken? It a beautiful chick.

The one next to it is a OEGB, the SFH is a standard. :) thanks!

Morning everyone. Raining cats and dogs here this morning but the chickens are out scratchin and peckin merrily in their run. With the hoopla about AI my husband suggested this for our thought of the day:

We're supposed to get lots of rain later on for the next few days. Yesterday was our only sunny day in a a bit so I was trying to finish the lawn. It's borderline jungle status right now. (Maybe we'll be getting the rain you have Microchick?) Anyhow about half way through the belt fell off haha I don't know how I manage it, but even with our old one the belt always fell off when I cut the grass. At least I could put that one back on, but this one is down for the count until my fiance can fix it heehee. I know I can get a little destructive with a mower; I've taken out small trees, rose bushes, and garden hoses..almost took out a rabbits nest. Thankfully I had the blade high enough. But I swear I've been very careful lately hahaha Ok that was my pointless story of the day
