Quotes and Thoughts for the Day

Good morning everyone!

Sumi, so not long now until you leave for Ireland! Any news on the house hunting?

Sarah, I'm sorry to hear about the friends in the accident. I'll be praying for them and their families.

If I could ask for everyone's prayers, that would be awesome! So my friend's best friend and his girlfriend were driving to a concert about 3 weeks ago. They slid on the wet road and got into an accident. The boy was throne from the rolling car and broke both his femurs, crushed his feet and suffered major head trauma. The girl also suffered major head injuries. They were taken to different hospitals. The girl woke up a few days ago and is able to form small words and eat. However, she can't remember much of anything. The boy, sadly, has not awakened yet. He had surgery to put his legs and feet back together which was successful. However today the families received news that he might never awaken.  Pray for the families and these two kids! Also, the hospital that the boy is at, apparently is not the best. After talking with the nurses and doctors of the girl who is at a separate hospital, it sounds like this boy actually could wake up and be somewhat ok IF he is moved from the current hospital he is at and gets the proper care he needs. So please also pray that he gets transported to a better place.

Thanks!

So sorry to hear about this. I will keep your friends in my prayers. :hugs
May grace, peace and mercy be multiplied unto your friends from God our Father and Christ Jesus our Lord!

Morning WB, have a full day of garden work ahead of me today. We dug up 3 rows of red potatoes yesterday (still have 1 more row of red and 3 rows of white) so I need to get that all cleaned up and stored. Once we get those out of the way, sweet potatoes are going in. And for the final time this season, I'm planting green beans...who knows, maybe the 4th time is a charm?

Hope you have a good one!

Good Morning Debby sounds like you got plenty to keep you busy. I've never planted potatoes. I'll have to give it a try. You have a blessed day.
