Do you have Veterycin? for wounds and infection, that can be safely sprayed into the eyes.
as for eating if i have to give meds I use bread take a small piece and wrap and the med smoosh til it's glued to it then toss a couple plain ones to get them going them give the med out of my hand. usually works but they have to be eating first. I hope the tube feeding goes well. I feel for you and hope you see her feeling better real soon.
