I blame my fiance.  He convinced me to try bac-os, which are nothing more than bacon imposters.

That's the only time bacon is counted as a carb.

Me too, if you guys are still talking about bacon by the time I catch up....ummmm....I may have to buy bacon this month. It's been ages since I've had some. Are any of you familiar with the High Protien Diet? Yep, back in the 70's I tried it..a lot of bacon. I like bacon. Back then, before they modified the diet..it was, eat all of the meat, eggs, and cheese you wanted. Can't be healthy right? Makes me wonder how those folks lived in the winter waay back in the day, when mostly meat was what they had for the winter.
