First I would suggest that you click on the forum tab at the top of the page a post the question to the appropriate forum. Short answer to your question is Yes, they are called Pluckers and cost from several hundred dollars to several thousand. You can build your own just do a YouTube search and go with it.

Or you can just boil some water in a pot big enough to dunk the chicken in. Get the water to 150 degrees. Add 2 tbls. Of dish soap to the water and agitate the chicken up and down into the water and the feathers will come off.
 
Good morning everyone! I have some really good news. Asheron is back to normal, after a week of antibiotics. I don't think I'll get the x-rays now. Thank you everyone for your well wishes and prayers! I believe they helped.:weee
