There is a tunnel on the Caha pass, on the border between Co Cork and Co Kerry. We drove through there countless times and every time water from the hole in the roof of the tunnel dripped onto our car. One day we drove through and… nothing. We pulled over on the Kerry side and I walked back into the tunnel to see what's going on, looked up and saw that. The water froze and formed those icicles. It was amazing to see in the flesh.
