Quotes and Thoughts for the Day

A couple of updates: Butch's biopsy showed cancer. I haven't heard yet of the treatment plan but please continue to pray for him and his family. Here is an email sent last night on Kyle (@BertS I thought you'd like his shirt, it's one I got him): Hello everyone. I just wanted to check in real quick since it has been a while since I last wrote. Kyle is doing fantastic. He is still not showing any significant side effects. Even his hair loss is minimal at this point. His hair is thin, but not too bad. He does have his "big" appointment this Monday , where he will have an ultrasound and chest xray, along with his doctor appointment, and then two drugs. We do not expect for them to find anything but we are still praying that everything goes smoothly. We took the kids to an event today where they were able to climb on some trucks. It was outside and pretty warm, but Kyle had a blast asking questions and telling us about the trucks, especially the fire trucks. He got too hot, though, so we did not stay terribly long. We really think his daily nap is really helping him maintain his energy. We hope everyone has a great week! Thank you for your continuing thoughts and prayers for these two!!

Hello everyone.
I just wanted to check in real quick since it has been a while since I last wrote. Kyle is doing fantastic. He is still not showing any significant side effects. Even his hair loss is minimal at this point. His hair is thin, but not too bad. He does have his "big" appointment this Monday, where he will have an ultrasound and chest xray, along with his doctor appointment, and then two drugs.

Bless his heart. And the family's. Prayers are going out for them all. What a precious little guy.
