I wont touch Raw Milk. My milk has to be pasteurized. :old:thumbsup:frow

Many years ago, ½ mile from where I currently live, was a Dairy called Hillfarm Dairy. It was owned by The Jewel Grocery store chain.
Something went wrong with their processing, and raw milk was mixed with the finished pasteurized milk. People drinking that milk purchased at Jewel, :hit many got sick, as well as there were some that died.:hit
Investigations were conducted, and I recall nothing really conclusive was determined. There was also considerations of sabotage.
Dairy was shut down and never reopened.

I know that some of the raw milk for purchase may be safe. I am not willing to take that gamble.
If that was only milk available to me,, I would pasteurize it upon bringing it home. That is what my mom did, before moving to the big city. Milk came from local farmer then.
Crazy. We just drank our local milk directly, no pasteurizing for us and when I tasted store milk it was disgusting. I didn’t drink milk for a long time and ate cereal dry.

That's really sad because raw milk has amazing health benefits that pasteurized milk does not have. I will never go back to store bought or pasteurized milk, it's an empty food
