Group good morning
Ken, sorry to hear about the mishap with the cat, shame, that must've hurt!
I figured it out!
Good morning all!
Sorry to hear of your cat's mishap Ken.
@3goodeggs , we're headed into town to do some shopping and I was wondering about the soapy plant spray you wrote about the other day. Are you just mixing up dish soap with water? Is there any particular brand of soap you use?
x2,3,or 4 Ouch, that must have hurt!
That tiny little chick dust bathing, so cute!
I have never seen such a tiny chick try to dust bathe before yesterday. I just had to share it's just so dang cute!
@NorthFLChick Any soap acts as a surfactant, but really, for all jobs everywhere, dawn is the best for the money.
Just a few drops in water.
If you have a Sam's club they sell it like this:
with a pump on top.
for about the same price as the regular sized ones.
You know how sometimes here in our area, it will get so dry out that when you try to water it just balls up on top of the soil and won't soak in?
Squirt some soap on the ground to break the surface tension of the soil and you can get your plants watered.
We go through through a lot of this stuff.
Or use one of these and get away with using less soap.
And it will drown the aphids.
But don't fill it all up with soap. Maybe a 1/4 cup and then the rest with water. and the fiddle with the % ratio of water to mixture. It does not take much.
Don't make foam or suds. That's too much.
okay back to quotes.
Sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry.
