where did the weekend go? I need a recount, I think I was shorted a day, it went to fast.

I agree with you on that! They need a law making all weekends 3 days!!

Six month growing season is typically more like 4-5 depending on how soon you plant after Mother's Day and how early the first snow comes.

Last year we got a little carried away and had 16 tomatoe plants. Here was our bed last year in July. We were pulling boxes of tomatoes off in October, weirdest growing season.

WB, really nice, neat looking garden. Maybe you didn't notice how all my photos were close-ups...that's so the weeds wouldn't show, lol. I try to keep up, it's a full time job.

Jan, keep enjoying the nice days out in the garden. There's always more underwear at K-Mart! Hey, I mixed up some Dawn and water to spray this morning. Got most all done I wanted then the sprayer broke. Guess we'll see how the plants I sprayed do.

Wonderful looking garden Tricia! I have tomato envy now...we have the worst time with those, ugh! We can grow any type of squash or pepper you can imagine, but a tomato? Nope.

Nice looking tomatoes Tricia! Doesn't hurt to go overboard with all the unseen things that can happen. If you have a good grow then you just can it or freeze it right..

Hi Debbie, so you are already weeding? Our weeds are just now thinking of getting started in our garden area.

Oh my gosh, if I hadn't already been weeding for about the past 2 months, I'd be up to my elbows in the darn things by now. I try to keep up with it so it doesn't get out of hand and do at least a little almost every day.
