Martha Beck wrote a very insightful article about Rat Park a few years ago that was in O the Magazine (Oprah's mag). DH -- an addictions counselor -- would read it to each new incoming class of court-mandated miscreants.
It's always a pleasant surprise to wake up in the morning. A great way to start the day!

A way to a man's heart is through his stomach. There's a reason they call it "comfort food."I always say to my BF that food is love! One of my never ending passions cooking/baking. I will try anything, love to cook from scratch. I know there are many foodies out there! My thoughts for the day from me.
I've often joked to my DH that if I could make a marketable eau de parfum in bacon scent that half the men and all the dogs would follow me home....

Yes, I love her smiling eyes. I saw this black and white old woman photo yesterday: The post was about reincarnation. I can only imagine how many times she has been back around.
