I just met Mini Mouse

Seriously, this little breath of life measures exactly 2 inches from the tip of it's snout to the end of it's tail!

Wow! That is one little critter. And one more time I find myself in that place I hate to be...it is so cute, so little, so defenseless do we just let it go in hopes that it will survive on its own and not spread disease or destroy our feed and crops...or do we do the other thing and take the action to protect our farms? I could never harm anything so small but I suspect he has several dozen brothers and sisters that are just as cute. What to do, what to do?!?! Probably let the little critter go and hope he goes the opposite direction of my home. Of couse when he comes back in a few months and is no longer cute and cuddly...well the decision would be easier then. Guess there is a little bit of PETA in me afterall.

Good morning everyone

We let the little thing go. I can't kill them either, not the babies anyway, and we're moving soon… Mom had been visiting us for awhile now, she is not much bigger than that and she's got the biggest pair of ears on her. It's the most adorable thing? She's actually getting quite tame with us and will come right up to us if we sit still enough.
