Good morning Sumi, Kim, WB,

Today I'll be playing catch up after being gone most the weekend hanging out with DH at the wine & art festival. That was fun, met some interesting people and the weather was beautiful. And as much as I like being here at our little farm, sometimes it's nice to be someplace else for a change of pace.

Kim, love your new avatar, are you looking forward to the new SW movie?

Sumi, what's the latest on the house hunting (either for buying or renting)?

WB, how's your garden doing?

I caught up with the agent today. The tenants will know this week if they can buy the house they are after and they finally spoke to the attorney who is handling the rental of the "plan B" house, so they have that option in place. I'm feeling hopeful that we'll hear something soon and that it will be positive

Good morning Debby, yes me and my son both like Star Wars so will be certainly going to see it. Just hoping Harrison Ford does not go crashing any more planes!! Lovely to hear you have enjoyed a change of scenery, always nice to be back home though.

Good morning Sumi!

Fingers crossed for you that they can move on real soon and your plans can get underway for your move. I'm not sure how it is there in South Africa but over here in UK the tenants have more rights and laws on their side than the actual person who owns the house. We've had some nightmare ones who just refuse to leave untill bailiffs are on the way, after they have not paid the rent and wrecked the house. It's hard to find good ones. Get on at them too much and they do you for harrassment. All seems wrong way round for me :barnie
