Good Morning Debby and Sumi! Good quotes this morning.

We're getting yellow squash and cukes now and the watermelon are about the size of a large softball. The corn plants are little and the tomatoes are weird (cherry tomatoes are doing ok but the regular size, hardly anything happening). The eggplants are starting to really grow and the peppers (poblano and Serrano) are starting to flower. Blackberries are ripening nicely but blueberries seemed to have stopped somewhere between green & blue.

It's a real mixed bag but isn't that normal?

Sounds like you got it going in the garden that's great.

you're right about the mixed bag! That's why I plant more in a row then what the seed instructions call for. Some gonna do good some aren't and some may not even come up at all.

Thanks WB! We enjoy our garden and eat quite a bit of it. Now we're talking about trying to grow more stuff for the animals to cut down a bit on feed bills. The rabbits could use more greenery and the goats like a lot of different things. And of course, you know how chickens eat, lol. Any thoughts on what we could do more of or add?
