Shannon said something about prayer a few posts back. I had to do something with it. I love it. Maybe it's out there somewhere already? But, I put it to this photo. I love the saying!

 
Finally a bit of good news here in Texas. Even with the horrible and sad loss of life and property and the ongoing storms, we have a thunderstorm going as I type this, but with all that bad we have an official notice that as of today only 18% of the state remains in drought and that is only a mild drought. This time last year 90% of the state was under Extreme Drought. Hopefully when the drought begins to break in places like California they will not get this "weather whiplash" affect. This drought period for Texas only lasted 4-5 years. The California drought has been going for at least 13 years now. So, that everyone for your prayers.
 
We also have been hit with severe storms, but nothing like Texas. But, pretty hard. They say, even with all of this rain, we are still in a drought. Today, we had a real good storm, had not only those little round hail balls fall, but there were big .. chunks..of ice falling! I have never seen anything like that before. I've seen big hail, but not chunks of ice. Very strange. Glad that the drought is finally over for you! So sad, that there was so much havoc, to say the least!
