sumi, it's funny how time after time, that is always the case.
Love the picture and the quote. I was just reading last night about how in World War II, they would train dogs to jump out of an airplane and launch a parachute, in order to smell the ground to look for minefields in Germany. It is a good example of how we need to trust God--even if when he is calling you to do is crazy--like jumping out of an airplane. We don't need to understand why now, because He knows the past, present, future and put the world in place. He is testing our trust in him. Hope ya'll have a wonderful Saturday!
I have always loved this one. I used to like to say, I have the Faith of an Avocado seed. Then I realized one day after reading this in scripture again, that I didn't need to be saying this...He didn't tell us that we needed to have Faith the size of an Avocado seed, just the size of that tiny tiny mustard seed. He's already done the most important thing for us in our lives, the Atonement, and now, He continues to help us through our small amount of Faith as we ask, Thy Will Be Done. I love that I know, that He loves us so.

Quote:I believe in that too. Everything happens for a reason, even the bad stuff. I said to a friend the other day, one day I'll look back on this time and it will make perfect sense? All we can do in the meantime is have faith that we'll get through it and it will all work out. Easier said than done! That's when reminders, or quotes like the above help. Sometimes we need someone else to say it to us, because we start to doubt that little voice inside us. I know I do.![]()
Another quote that got me though some bad times is this one, the first sentence and the last one:
