Not a quote, but had to share. Getting older, makes it harder to do! My problem is, that I think I need to do it the same way I did when I was in my 20's and 30's. Remember..back then, it was called.......Arobics! The closest I got to running was on the treadmill, which I did almost every day in my 30's. A quick sprint.
It was a good work out...or, I walked the dog, when it didn't look like it was going to rain.
