I use other food to season my garlic.

After DW and I met she was attending a holiday dinner with my family.
We were charged with bringing the garlic bread. I told her not to skimp on the garlic implying she should double the usual amount. I should have realizes she already used heavy garlic being a Creole-Sicilian cook. My family cooks mostly Cajun so they were no strangers to spicy food. In an act of 'malicious complience' she followed my request.
When I bit into the bread it burned my mouth. When I realized what happened I burst out laughing. I learned to not second DW's cooking.

They only happen in the morning here. lol

But I think it's the new day/fresh start/anything's possible part of it that I like.

Though I can't argue with a the day is done with an Irish-Cuban coffee either.
