I have an r-com 3 egg incubator, and have used it many times for chickens and button quail. Every batch seems to have chicks with curled feet, and I wonder if the perfect little incubator isn't too perfect?
The temp and humidity are totally stable for the whole incubating time. There is tiny variation to either, even at the end. They turn automatically every three hours until the last three days.
Does anyone have information on this issue? Should I open up the bator for a few minutes a day to simulate a hen going to eat, cooling the eggs a tiny bit?
Thanks, Jaybme
