R.I.P Snowball, my goofy girl

Tonight while putting the chickens to bed and feeding calves, I found a large area of white feathers with black speckles spread over a good part of the corral. Whatever it was, fox or hawk, this chicken must've put up a fight! Looks like Snowball's feathers. Sure enough, I checked inside the coop, and she wasn't there. You will be missed, sweet girl.

I lost a White Leghorn named Snowball to ascites about a month ago.
