I have an adult Mini Rex doe who will not be bred it seems. I am on my third try with her. I have put her to two different bucks. She sounds like a little kid hyperventilating most of the time she is with the buck with the occasional growling.
She will NOT lift her tail for him to do his deed.

Any suggestions?

My mini rex doe did the same thing but she lifted her tail for him. Have you flip her over and checked her color normally i don't but did with this doe as she was young so i wanted to see if she was ready. She was lite purple i was told if shes pink she wont mate if she is purple or red she will mate. you could alway force her to mate. Or put her next to the buck and put a light on her day and night for a few days and try again. How much are you feeding her. i feed mine an ounce per body weight depending on there appetite might feed a bit more or less.

how old is the doe?
Has she kindled before?

Where is her cage located, in a location getting a good amount of natural sunlight per day? Or more darkness?

What feed is she on?

Have you simply tried leaving them together in an alternate area for a period of time? I keep mine together all the time, and all of teh does eventually give birth.
I have had them kept in colonies and cages over the years. I really do prefer just leaving them together.

when did she kindle last? At one and a half years she may be starting to put on that "doe fat" which can cause them to become infertile. If she has any amount of fat on her I would try to get her to excersise and cut back on any "cookies". Also making sure she gets 12-14 hours of light a day as lots of light increases bunny breeding. Trying her with a buck everyday and watch to see if she purples up as the buck may increase the chance that she wants to breed. If you have an X pen or an outside pen where they can run around you can just let them out together for awhile supervised as long as she is witchy to him. If she does get purple but she refuses to hold her tail up you can hold the tail up for her. Also try in the morning or evening hours when its cool out and not in the middle of the day.

I'm at the point of thinking of lighting scented candles, giving her hot bunny lingerie, and some nice music....

Maybe he needs some cologne and to bring her some dandilions and a carrot.

I'll keep trying. I have tried lifting her tail but the buck bites me.

I honestly don't know when she kindled last as she is a new doe to me. She kindled with her prior owners.

Now that you mention it!

I have actually used the "sensation" essential oil blend from young living on a buck that just never had any interest in does at a year old, he was infact terrified of most. He would turn his head to the back corner of the cage and hide any time I gave him a doe.

I mix the oil in a mini spray bottle 3 drops for the bottle of water and misted him a few times a day. Within a week he bred a doe and 31 days later she did indeed have a litter. I was able to get him to sire quite a few more litters after that too just misted him a few mins before I introduced the doe.

I also use their "Peace and Calming" blend for tagging guinea pigs, trimming toe nails, and my beast of a horse to get her feet trimmed.

So I've noticed something. She fancies my Anogra buck. She still won't lift tail for him but if I throw her in with him for a few minutes, let him clean her ears and stuff then take her and put her with the mini rex buck she is alot more "into" letting him try
