The way I do it is put my gloves on cut the rabbit open from stomach to ribs and pull the guts out find the liver and check the liver out if you don’t see pimple looking cysts you can cut the liver open and see if there are any inside the liver they don’t always show on the outside of the liver if there aren’t any then it’s likely not cocci
 
So sorry you're having this happen to your bunnies! I don't know much about rabbits in general,but after many years of working in vet clinics know quite a bit about anorexic pets,and how to keep them hydrated so the can fight off illness ot injury. Here is a link that could help you lear how to administer fluids subcutaneously ( under the skin and not into the vein ) It's about like the penicillin shot.
