My daughter had a rabbit. Rabbits seem to die easier than chickens.

Anyway, I have most of a bag of rabbit pellets. Is it OK for chickens to eat? I wouldn't switch to it completely, but give them a little a day as something else to eat.

I would read the ingredients. If they are all safe, then a very small amount at a time probably would not hurt. You are still going to be feeding a complete feed as the main part of the diet.

Years ago a was given a bag of Rabbit pellets, which appeared to me to be mostly Alfalfa. I slowly mixed it into their feed over the month. The chickens loved them!
