My daughter had a rabbit. Rabbits seem to die easier than chickens.

Anyway, I have most of a bag of rabbit pellets. Is it OK for chickens to eat? I wouldn't switch to it completely, but give them a little a day as something else to eat.

I would read the ingredients. If they are all safe, then a very small amount at a time probably would not hurt. You are still going to be feeding a complete feed as the main part of the diet.

Rabbit pellets are mostly grass and alfalfa hays, wheat middling and beet pulp. They make excellent green substitutes in the winter. Absolutely use it. Mix it in with the feed, ferment it or just use it as scratch.
