Rabbit got out in the rain need advice

My friends rabbit got loose in the rain last night and is not acting right at all very lethargic. The girl can put her finger in the rabbits mouth and it doesn't phase the rabbit. Is there any advice anyone can give?

Any other symptoms? Was she attacked? Do you have access to a small animal vet? Is she running a fever?

What happened to this rabbit? I think the rabbit needs warmth to start with. Sis it still alive?
