Vent gleet? Or just poor hygiene?

Hello folks.

I was hoping for some knowledgeable advice. One of my 5 older chickens, Penny, recently started acting strange. Not socializing with others, sitting by herself, seemed lethargic, comb seemed dry. She's still enthusiastically eating tho, particularly egg shells that they get before I can harvest them. I just started adding oyster shell as a result. She also let me pick her up, which she never does. So I examined her and her back end is a mess! All the internet could tell me was maybe "vent gleet"? Could it be stress? I have been renovating the coop (few hours per day) to rat proof it, and as a result, all but 1 of the chickens refused to roost in it at night. They free roam during the day, then all found their own irritating places to go roost for the night. I remedied that last night when I went and physically put them in it. When I did, Penny jumped right up onto her roost like normal.

Anyway, I worry about flystrike, which killed a rabbit a few years ago. I have several fly traps in the yard keeping them to a minumum, but nothing is 100%.

Should I be worried?

Thanks
