Hey there!

My rabbit is shedding big time. Don't know why she is shedding in winter. I went outside to take care of her, and it looks like she was attacked by a hawk. However, I concluded that she was just shedding. Fur all over the Run.

See all the white spots on the ground? That's fur.

Should I be concerned about her shedding?

I would say she's pulling that out and not shedding. You can always take a comb to her to check.
I do have some molting right now but it's not in clumps like that.

It does look like a lot of hair, but I do also notice she has a lot of little tufts sticking out of her coat. My Lionhead looks like a mess when he's molting heavily. He just went through a molt a few weeks ago...I've never really paid attention to molt patterns. What breed is she?

But I agree with alleyschicks to try grooming her, at least. It might be harder to see on a white rabbit but you can pull her hair back around where there's tufts of fur coming out and look to see if the new coat is starting to come in. That's what I do to know how much I can groom my Lionhead. My Harlequin doesn't shed half as much as he does, since he's a long haired rabbit.
