I agree, your bunnies set up looks great for winter and they should be just fine. I use a small plug in bowl for water in the winter, that comes with the cord wrapped in wire so they can't chew it and the plug fit through my hardward cloth sides. Works great

Surprisingly no. They spill their food bowl in their run ALL THE TIME! But never the water. The are wider at the bottom, so I guess that helps a little bit.
