What do you think about keeping rabbits and chickens together? Worth a shot and do your best to keep a clean environment? Or never?

They’re feed is different. They both live very different lifestyles. Sleeping and nesting. I’m not saying it can’t work. You can use some creative engineering to keep feed specific to one. You can easily keep chicken feed separate, but it’d be hard to keep the chickens from eating the rabbit food.

And what are the intended goals for the chickens and rabbits? Food or pets?

The chickens are for eggs. The rabbits are pets/breeding stock. I breed Mini Lop rabbits, so not much meat on these guys! I have a young bantam who lost all its flock mates, and my coop is a disaster of hormones at the moment, so I dare not put her in there. I have a young, bonded pair of mini plush lop bucks that I will only need for one breeding this spring. I was thinking of trying to house them together in the tractor (predator proof) until my coop calms down and I can try to integrate the bantam.
