My wife and I are raising Netherland Dwarf rabbits. We have added chickens to the mesh.....I bought a 12X16 building to devide up between them ..........I have added outside runs on both ends to let them all have outside fun areas.......I am just praying they get along as neighbors LOL....Anyone else had any experience with this?

I used to kept rabbits and poultry free ranging together, but then one of my rabbits started attacking my Goose! He actually managed to put about a 6 inch cut underneath the gooses wing, so he had to go. Other than that I have had no problems. My Holland Lop and the chickens used to eat grass together, it was cute.

I did not think it would be a problem....They really are not together just sleeping in the same building.....I bet that was cute to see them eating together.

I also free range my rabbits -well one of them- with my hens. They intermingle just fine. Actually, the rabiit kind of follows the chickens around.....its cute. He probably thinks he is a chicken, but he does hang out with other rabbits too.
