Rabbits getting hot this summer?

Try using tiles. Easy to clean. They stay cool and rabbits cant bite through it. Plus give those feet a break from wire. Took my buns two days to figure out its cooler on the tiles.

Yeah I tried that too. They chew right through them and water goes everywhere. And I couldn't find all the plastic. I'm assuming they ate it. So I took them away for fear the plastic will hurt them internally that is.

I use a bit of chicken wire and cover it. Kinda like a sleeve.
 
I need to do that!

I keep a fan on my rabbits and freeze blocks of ice in (clean) old yogurt or sour cream containers and pop them out and put them in at the hottest part of the day. I don't know if that'd be too messy for some of ya'll, but no chewing through/eating plastic and the water just drips down into the dirt.
