I have a dutch bunny.She is six months an d isn't spayed.She is s o sweet.

Yes, it is a problem. Snot is a symptom of an infection in the nasal cavity (possibly Pasteurella, but not necessarily that organism). A rabbit's immune system may be able to keep the infection damped down most of the time, but let the animal get stressed, and it comes back. Because there are a lot of "pockets" in the rabbit's nasal passages, it can be very difficult to completely clear an infection like this out.

So I should probbaly stop letting her travel? I do notice her getting stressed when ever she move s from home,but whne Im there she eases up.

What you are describing is a chronic infection - like I said, one that goes on and on, sometimes without any visible symptoms, but which occasionally flares up when the animal gets stressed. Gobs and gobs of goo is an aggressive, acute infection, the type that can kill. Chronic infections don't often progress to that extreme, but they do take their toll on the rabbits. Snuffles (the name that is given to these upper respiratory infections) is contagious, and the organism can be carried on skin or clothing, so any rabbit that is exposed to you or your rabbit is at risk of developing it. Some rabbits may be able to carry this organism around symptom-free their entire lives, but those with less robust immune systems may be sneezing and wheezing most of the time.

She nevr sneezes or whizzes she acts like she has nothing wrong her.She binkys,an d is herself .

Infact if I took a pic of the nose,you probably wouldn't be able to tell she even had snot,unless you lookk super hard

Your rabbit may go on like she is for a very long time, though as she gets older, she may develop other symptoms, like eye or ear problems.

Now that I look at hern ose the nsot has gone away.I'll take her to the vet.
