Raccoon attack

There looks to possibly be a lot of dead and dried up tissue. A little tough to make everything out, though. Is that looking up into her chest? You’ll want to try to keep it all covered in ointment. Did a vet get back to you? A vet would be her best option. How is she doing? If her crop is truly barely attached it might be the kindest thing to euthanize her.

The vet never called me, yes, looking up, it's all dried up now, but clean.

Thank you everyone for messaging me and giving me your thoughts. This site is truly a blessing.

The tissue will need to be kept moist and covered in ointment, Vaseline or something like coconut oil so it doesn’t dry out. Is the vet going to see her? The really is probably in great need of a vet given the condition of the wound.
