Racking horses

The best TN Walkers I've seen are the pleasure walkers out on the trails and the Civil War reenactments, boy, they can ride them allllllllllll day long! I got tons of pics of those TN Walkers in battle and they are just as level headed horses like the Morgans while some of the other breeds would just freak out by the sounds of guns, yells and cannon's booms. And they are the favorites for all day riding and the horses like it just as well.

There are a lot of shady practices in the horseshow world. Thats why I stopped showing, and got me two Belgian drafts and I just enjoy riding however I want. No pressure to be perfect and unnatural. Although, from what I have heard since is that there are a lot more strict rules now, so there is not so much of it going on nowadays.

I suppose there are unsavory tactics in horse showing just as in any other sport out there. Too bad though, especially for the people who just want to see what breeds there are, and what horses can do. Shows certainly don't give an honest opinion on this. Thanks for explaining everything to me, though. It's been a real eye opener.

Those are some beautiful horses! The second one is so tall, I'd be afraid to get up on him. Thank you for sharing such beautiful creatures-the way they should be.

Actually, he's not that tall, only 15hh. They just look so proud and with their high set necks, they look taller

The tall one is the bottom one, she's 16hh and her rider is only 5'1"!
