Ragged Plumage and scruffy bottom

wondering if anyone can help us diagnose what is causing this hens ragged feathers towards tail and around vent? there is one nacked spot near her vent, but hard to get a photo. pictures included to help show issue. Thank you.

Welcome to BYC. Do you have a rooster? How old is she? It might be feather picking, rooster damage, or the beginning of a molt.

She is almost a year old and we do have a rooster. There are 8 hens total for the one roo and she is the only one that looks like this. She isn’t exhibiting any other symptoms and checks out healthy otherwise. I was wondering if the roo was getting to her a little too much and we needed to get her a coverup for a bit.
