rain... and daydreams of winter - am I losing my mind?

I miss snow. My DH is a carpenter and works outside, so he HATES cold; thus we live in Florida. I'm can't wait to lay a fire in the fireplace!

I hope we don't get a lot of snow!! We got more than normal last year, and boy was it cold!! It's not usually like that (I don't think anyway). Maybe I just got too used to the Florida weather when I was down there?

A year or so before we moved, I remember it got down in negative windchills in January and stayed there every day, every night, ad nauseum for more than two months. I thought spring would never get there. Talk about depressing.

But the fog was cool last winter - I like fog.

We got more last year than we ever did before I moved to FL. It never really used to snow, just ice. There was one time I remember that we had a few inches of snow, that stayed on the ground for a few days, but that's abnormal. I kind of miss Florida winters, I hate the cold!!
