Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.

It was raining this morning and it leaked a little in the coop, so the eggs in my hens clutch got slightly wet. I am trying to incubate them now so I can at least save three. Is it still possible for them to hatch even if they got wet.
