rain on featherless hens

Ok... thank you. We got them a week ago at an auction and they were neglected... very skinny and missing alot of feathers. They finally were brave enough to go outside after a few days and today it's raining. So I just didn't want to risk them getting sick when their bare backs or necks get wet. I was planning on just keeping the door shut, but may open it and see?
