Welcome to BYC!:frow

Feel free to ask questions, there are so many wonderful and knowledgeable people who will answer them :)

For rooster crow problem, I remember seeing something called a No Crow Collar. I do not know much about it, but you can just google to find out some more. It does not shock roosters in any way and I do know other BYC members liked it. You can also DIY it.

Hello, Jain, and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
You could try a no crow collar but they can be dangerous. Roosters crow. It is natural. If it will be a problem for your neighbors the kindest option may be to rehome him to a flock keeper outside the village. Good luck with him.

I live in a neighborhood where people have 1-2+ acres and we were all ways allowed roosters. Then my neighbor complained and the HOA changed the rules, (after 23 years) but do not enforce anything. I still have roosters, I use crow collars, sleepy boxes for night, I also limit the time the roosters run outside 9-5.
