She had some leghorns back through the line, but all that is left now are the EE/Leghorn crosses that lay colored eggs. Your little white baby has leghorn heritage so should lay nice big eggs. The other is almost certainly a Cuckoo Marans crossed with EE so will likely lay some shade of olive or khaki eggs. I'm betting on blue or green for the white chick.

If you are asking how she incubates her eggs she borrows her friend's incubators. She has electric because she's Modern Amish.

LOL...technically they are Amish Mennonite which means they have cars, phones, electric, etc. but still dress Amish rather than the slightly more modern Mennonite style & they still avoid TV & computers & such. No cell phones, just a phone for the businesses they run out of their house.

Most are probably 5-8 pounds. There are a few that may be a bit smaller as I think she had some game stock in the lineage as well & still occasionally gets a smaller game type bird that will hatch out.
