Raining on my eggs

hi. so one of my hens is laying outside and her eggs will get rained on especialy at this time of the year. i have noticed brown water marks. maybe its from the dirt mixed with water or maybe its just the water on the shell. this only happens when it rains. today i cracked on of those rained on eggs and their was brown in the egg. im just about to eat it and i am wondering if its safe. the egg was layed yesterday.

I wouldn't eat it. Moisture on an egg removes the natural protective coating. Colder water on an egg opens the porous shell and allows bacteria to enter. Brown inside the egg?
