Raised scale on chicken foot

hello! I hope I’m posting in the correct forum. New to BYC and still learning how to navigate. Hopefully someone could help. Today I noticed a raised red scale on one of my chickens feet. It’s a Dominique about 4 weeks old or so. Any idea what this is or how to help?

it looks like it maybe got a little ripped? is there any blood? if there is no blood, it might be mites.

It looks like they just scratched it, rinse it good and make sure it stays clean. It’ll heal on its own if it’s clean. You could maybe put a little neosporen.
