Raising baby pullets

Hi everyone, maybe I’m just a stressful new parent but a few of my pullets I got two weeks ago have wet bellies! Is something wrong with them? I am new and any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

They're likely wet from leaning on/across the waterer, but how much space do they have other than what's shown in the photo? That looks very tight on space unless that bin is many times longer than it is wide.
