Do you have to brood your bobwhite quail chicks? Even if you live in south Florida?

Bobwhite babies still need added heat to properly develop and they will need it especially at night. If your temps are in the 90's during the day, then no heat needed. However you will need to keep up the heat at night until they are 6 weeks or so, lowering the temp by about 5 degrees each week till it reaches the temp of the outside air.
