Lights on full for first week then off for one hour full feed...

Also fermented feed helps ALOT and a high protein diet( 26-30% protein i found is best), cull them at 3 weeks (ex: 24 chickens down to 12) and at 6 weeks/ or a week before show cull it down to 6 ( or how many you have to show)
