raising chickens in 110 F any tips?

i wish it would rain im thinking about selling out. theres been so many fires and we r short on water as it is. in the county just right above us are on hard restrictions from what i heard if u r caught outside watering ur animals or garden its either jail time or a BIG FINE and im like *** what am i to do if that happens here. i love my babies and would hate to see them go but i dont want them to suffer cuz idiots starting fires cuz they cant listen. Just dont know what to do im stressed out wish summer would end or it would rain for 3 day straight its driving me nutz
