raising orphaned turkeys

well my dad

found 2 poults baby turkeys wile cutting hay he said one went in da chopper

well then half hour later we found the one that was in da chopper its alive and well were treating them like baby chicks which we just bought more r i r chicks but there 3x biggers and attcins we dont have a brooder

Turkey poults can be raised the same as chicken poults, but in my experience they are more fragile and they also love grass to eat! I cut clover and lawn grass with a scissors into little bits in their brooder and they snarf it all down in a second. They also get regular chick feed and grit.
