Raising our 1st set of CX meaties

That is an awesome score!
I was lucky to get a postal scale on ebay a while back and paid only $9.00 for it. It weighs up to 80 lbs. I love that scale.

It looks like this one.

They are doing great. I padded up their coop when they go home tonight there's fresh piles of dry leaves a foot thick, moving blankets line the front wall to keep um cozy (weather's gonna get really cold next few nights) and they're foraging farther daily niw. It's like an earthquake at feeding time and they bust out when the sun rises whether you're there to fill the trough or not they're hunting lol.

Weighing in at about 4 and a quarter to 4 and a half pounds each. Crook hasn't grown still. I feed her separate and make sure she's situated before her siblings at 5x's her size lol we have a gimp that *can* walk but refuses so I gave her 2 days with limited food and she's upright again.

Looking good. How cold did it get over there? We were at 29 last night.
