Yes, Potoemac is an Airedale Terrier! He turned 10 years old in September. He grew up helping with the chickens and I’ve never lost one to him. He has chased guineas on occasion, but the ducks actually chase him.

My parents had a pair of Airedales they showed, named Duke and Heidi. Duke killed everything he could get his mouth on. Heidi was quite a nice girl.

Duke like John Wayne’s airedale? We have never shown him, but he did get his Canine Good Citizen certificate last weekend .
